Subject:[RapidServiceMail] No.158: (HITU) -200 microsec time bias in Shanghai (7821) data
Content:Dear Zhang and Zhang cc: RapidServiceMail ML

Hello from Tokyo. I hope you are well.

We have detected a series of anomalous SLR data from Shanghai.
It is probably time bias of -200 microseconds or so, but, due to
the short tracking lengths (you often track only 1 min or 2 min per
pass; nice if you do longer), it is not easy to tell.

Please visit:
http://geo.science.hit-u.ac.jp/slr/bias/
(and go to the latest report) and check your system.
