Content:Hi Toshi,
We had a failure of our Time Code Generator. There was re-routing of
frequency output cables and some testing done on March 22 from 18:30UT to
22:30UT. Unfortunately we had bad weather and could not track until March
24 UT. The changes should not have effected the station time. We will look
into this today.
