Subject:[RapidServiceMail] No.72: Re: (HITU) -187m range bias in Monument Peak (7110) data
Content:Toshi,
We are aware of this problem since July 30 and it is due to the backup drive being used for processing, which may be applying the wrong survey range for the ground target. I believe the best approach is for us to hold this data and not to transmit the data until this problem is solved.

Subject: (HITU) -187m range bias in Monument Peak (7110) data

Dear Monument Peak Station (cc: RapidServiceMail)

Our quality-check analysis has detected a series of -187 metre range
biases in Monument Peak (7110) data observed on 30 and 31 July.

Please have a look at:
http://geo.science.hit-u.ac.jp/slr/bias/ (Go to the latest report)
and check your system. The system delay was also jumped by
the same amount, which seems closely related with the problem.

Best Regards,
Toshi
