Subject: 7110 MONL:  Monument Peak, CA:  MOBLAS-4 return to operations


Dear Colleagues,

After careful monitoring of the forest fire that burned several miles
from the MOBLAS-4 site on Mt. Laguna, Monument Peak, CA, it was
determined that it was safe for the crew to return the Moblas-4 to
operations as the fire had moved in a south east direction away the
station.

The crew returned to the site at 02:00 GMT on September 14th to
re-initiate ranging operations.
