Dear ILRS Colleagues,

We are replacing our web server soon.  The connection may be
unstable for a while.

Nothing will change in most cases.  Our QC report is, and will
be, available at:
  http://geo.science.hit-u.ac.jp/slr/bias/
but, if it is unreachable during the transition time (1 week or so),
please try our copy site:
  http://otsubolab.sakura.ne.jp/slr/bias/

If you have been connecting our server via the IP address or
possibly via the ftp protocol, please let me know.
