Dear Colleagues,

Due to failures in both our regular internet links, we have been unable 
to submit any data since late last week.

We have configured a backup link for email and most prediction downloads 
but because it runs with a dynamic IP , we are unable to meet security 
requirements at the OC.

We have ordered replacement parts for the link and hope to be able to 
submit data within a few days.

We continue to track nominally and all data will be submitted asap.
