| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2001-08-14 09:09:00 UTC Message No. 799 ******************************************************************************** Author: Mike Pearlman Subject: ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE TOULOUSE MEETING Dear Colleagues: The SPIE is planning to make special arrangements for those who will be attending only the ILRS events on Toulouse. These arrangements will include a reduced registration fee (about 50% of the normal fee) and a special badge that will allow Special ILRS Registrants to gain admission. By agreement with Marshall Weathersby of SPIE, a special registration form will be sent to you if you plan to attend the ILRS meetings, but not the other SPIE Meetings. Arrangements to receive this form must be made through the ILRS Central Bureau. We also need to let SPIE know how many people will be attending the ILRS meetings. We must make arrangements for adequate space and yet avoid costs for larger rooms that we may not need. I need the following information: 1. Do you plan to participate in the ILRS Meetings in Toulouse? 2. Do you wish to be a Special ILRS Registrant?
