Dear Colleagues,
   

As of April 21st, the NASA SLR VAX computer cluster is now back on-line.   
  Data is now flowing nominally.  Back-logged data will be supplied to   
the CDDIS today.
   

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused everyone.
