The 2nd circular for the WEGENER 97 conference has been sent via e-mail
and will be sent via ordinary mail next monday. At this moment, the
circular has been sent only to those who responded to the 1st circular.

Starting tomorrow (May 9th) it will also be posted on the ASI Web server
