During the works performed in the beginnig of this year, San Fernando SLR
(7824) reference point  (cross of the telescope axis),was moved up 35
centimeters, so there was a gap with the older trackings. (See SLR
Electronic Mail No. 0295). Now we have got a new DOMES number for the new
location: 13402S007. All the trackings corresponding to 1999 must be tied
to this DOMES number instead the old one (13402S004).
