It is a pleasure to inform you that the Governing Board of the International Laser Ranging Service (ILRS) has approved the Communication Research Laboratory as an ILRS Associate Analysis Center. Information on the ILRS and its analysis activities are available at: http://ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/ilrs_home.html The next meeting of the Analysis Working Group will be held on September 17 and 18. The ILRS Workshop on Ranging Accuracy will follow on September 19 and 20. The ILRS General Assembly will follow on September 21. All of these meetings will be held in conjunction with the SPIE Symposium on Remote Sensing in Toulouse, France. We hope that you will be able to attend.
