Subject: [SLR-Mail] No. 873: Continued ILRS Tracking Support of BE-C From: Carey Noll/ILRS CB > ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2002-01-03 18:37:00 UTC Message No. 873 ******************************************************************************** Author: Carey Noll/ILRS CB Subject: Continued ILRS Tracking Support of BE-C Dear Colleagues: The ILRS Governing Board has approved adding the BE-C satellite to the ILRS routine tracking roster. BE-C has been tracked under special campaign status since 1999. Dr. Minking Cheng from CSR requested that BE-C continue to be tracked based on the need to strengthen the current complex of ILRS satellites for recovery of the long-term changes in the Earth´s gravity field. BE-C will continue to be tracked by the ILRS network at the same priority level used during the campaign. Regards, Carey Noll.
