Dear Colleagues,

The Global Report Card in now available
on the ILRS web site at:

  ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/stations/performance_statistics/perf_2003q2.html

NEW FEATURES: 

      Analysis results from Delft and CRL were added to the
      report card. Also, single shot RMS values were provided
      for any system providing multi-wavelength data during the
      past quarter (i.e. TIGO at Concepcion).
