Subject: Hx TB system/ Disc Crash

A power supply failure on one of our discs on Friday 4th Feb
caused a number of problems with the time biases and IRVs. The
disc has now been repaired and the TBs and IRVs should now be
back up and running.

It also meant that we were unable to observe over the weekend.
