Dear Colleagues,
This is to let you know that TLRS-3 in Arequipa, Peru will undergo (1) Laser Upgrade, (2) Detector (START) upgrade, (3) MET 4 weather station, and (4) Telescope refocusing starting Oct 11, 2011.  Consequently, there may not be any data for a period of 2-3 weeks while these changes are taking place.
