Data taken during the outage appears in that allsat file. Our daily allsat file is normally delivered to the CDDIS in the morning however due to the extra large amount of data that our system had to process today, it was delayed. Please let me know if you continue to have problems accessing the data from these days. Thank you, Nikki Desch From: Erricos C. As you can see in the attached daily analysis report, there are hardly any data for Dec. 10 and NO DATA AT ALL for Dec. 11 and 12. As a result, our analysis fails to produce any meaningful results for these dates and was disqualified from the official ILRS combination. I understand to some extent that there was a problem on Dec. 10, but here we are on Dec. 13 and the data are still not online. If this is not corrected to ensure that it does not happen again, we will have to switch to using the European Data Center, which will in effect mean that ALL ILRS ACs will depend on a single data center. I find this unacceptable when NASA spends money to support a US-based center. ecp On Dec 12, 2011, at 3:45 PM, Desch, Nikki - IS wrote: > ******************************************************************************** > SLR Electronic Mail 2011-12-13 08:42:51 UTC Message No. 2031 > ******************************************************************************** > Author: Nikki Desch, ITT Exelis SLR Operations Center > > Dear Colleagues, > > The SLR Operations Center is operational again as of 20:00 GMT on 12 December 2011. > The official downtime was between 15:00 GMT on 10 December 2011 and 20:00 GMT on 12 December 2011.
