Dear ILRS Colleagues,

We had a computer failure at Hitotsubashi University (SLRMail 2239).
The computer has just been replaced with a new, slightly better one, and
the update of our 6-hourly quality check service is now back to normal at
  http://geo.science.hit-u.ac.jp/slr/bias/ .
