Dear colleagues,

CPF-file KGS8201 gives positions for Kompsat5 2 minutes earlier than it passes really. 
In other words Kompsat5 is exactly 2 minutes late against KGS8201 predictions. 
Last TLE3211 agree with the sat&#180;s real place in space.
