Subject: [SLR-Mail] No.2687: Holiday Greetings from the ILRS GB and CB From: Noll, Carey E. (GSFC-61A0) Author: Carey Noll/ILRS CB   The Governing Board and the Central Bureau of the International Laser Ranging Service would like to express our sincere thanks  to you for your continued participation in service activities  during a very challenging year.   We find ourselves at the end of a confusing, but busy, and  rather successful, year for the ILRS. We were able to support our science despite a global pandemic. We approved and supported  several new missions and continued our excellent SLR tracking  of a large roster of geodetic, Earth sensing, positioning, and  engineering satellites. Significant progress has been made in  the analysis and modeling areas, with the analysis centers making great progress in their submission to ITRF2020. We continued to work on research into understanding system biases and other issues in our data. Our ILRS community came together in November for a very successful virtual workshop touring five of our SLR stations.   Our success is due to the hard work and dedication of our  members. We thank you all for your continued support of the  ILRS and its mission. We look forward to continued cooperation  and success in 2021!   We extend our best wishes to you and your families during this  holiday season and for a healthy, successful, and Happy New Year.    Best, Toshi, Mike, and Carey. ----- Ms. Carey Noll Crustal Dynamics Data Information System (CDDIS) Secretary, ILRS Central Bureau Secretary, GGOS Bureau for Networks and Observations NASA GSFC Code 61A Greenbelt, MD 20771 USA E-mail: Carey.Noll@nasa.gov Voice: (301) 614-6542 Fax: (301) 614-6015 WWW: https://cddis.nasa.gov
