Subject: Open data release of TechnoSat and TUBIN SLR- and AOCS-related data From: Jonglez, Clement Camille Valentin Dear all, We at Technische Universität Berlin are glad to announce that SLR- and AOCS-related telemetry data and parameters from the TechnoSat and TUBIN small satellite missions are now published as open data on Zenodo. This decision was motivated by the several requests for data that we received from SLR researchers in the past few years, especially the attitude telemetry data which allows a verification of SLR-based attitude reconstruction, as TechnoSat and TUBIN were equipped with multiple laser retroreflectors (LRRs) per face. Therefore, we decided that it is more convenient and more elegant to release this data openly. TUBIN: https://zenodo.org/records/19708907 TechnoSat: https://zenodo.org/records/19700101 Please note the Creative Commons 4.0 license, which allows re-distribution and re-use of our work on the condition that the creators are appropriately credited. A DOI as well as several citation formats are available on the Zenodo records. Of particular interest for the SLR community and especially for attitude reconstruction, but also for orbit determination applications, are: - Definition of the spacecraft body-fixed coordinate frame (file SAT_axes.jpg) - LRRs positions and orientation in the spacecraft (file lrr_positions_T[E,B].csv) - Spacecraft mass, center of gravity, moment of inertia (file sc_properties_T[E,B].yaml) - AOCS telemetry data, especially the file TmAocsStateEstimationA_131.csv which contains the attitude estimation from the onboard extended Kalman filter - GPS PVT telemetry data (only for TUBIN), in the file TmGps_87.csv Best regards, Clément Jonglez, M.Sc.
