Subject: Power outage scheduled at Hitotsubashi University: 20-25 August 2026
From: Toshimichi Otsubo <t.otsubo@r.hit-u.ac.jp>

Dear ILRS Colleagues,

Annual maintenance of electric service is scheduled this weekend
at Hitotsubashi University, and unfortunately my own travel plan overlaps.
Our website running on hosting service will remain active but our computers
in the university campus have to be shut down. No update of our 6-hourly QC
reports can be uploaded to http://geo.science.hit-u.ac.jp/slr/bias/
from 20 (Thu; tomorrow) to 25 (Tue) August, and the suspension may be extended.

Also, I am sorry that the connection to our rental server has sometimes become
unstable recently because it was attacked. It seems fine now.

Best Regards,
Toshi
