Content: | Erricos and all (including Kunimori-san in cc:), Hiroo Kunimori´s email address is now kuni@nict.go.jp. The ILRS website etc should indeed be updated. (Kunimori-san, contact Carey on this update asap.) The large scatter is very likely due to the co- and post- seismic deformation due to the 11-March earthquake. See the attached graph provided by the GEONET project, Japanese GPS network. Top: East(up)-West(down), Bottom: North(up)-South(down). This tells the station´s motion is mostly in eastward, and it amounts to > 30 cm although Koganei is 300-400 km away from the epicenter. Note that the post-seismic motion is still ongoing as you see, and therefore it will be hard for the AWG to set the coordinates update timing/frequency, I guess.
