Subject: | [RapidServiceMail] No.21: Concepcion time bias | |
Content: | Dear Concepcion Staff and Colleagues, My analysis indicates that a time bias on the order of 15+/-5 microseconds started to appear in the Concepcion data starting circa August 1, 2011. This appears in all satellites and persists even if the station coordinates are adjusted. The bias analysis by Toshi also seems to support this. Was there a system change of some kind around that epoch? Best regards, John -- John C.
