| Content: | Dear colleagues, since July 2012 data delivered by the stations Zelenchukskya, Svetloe and Badary can not be processed correctly. We can not detect the error source, we only see big range biases and noise in the data. It seems not to be a leap second problem. Data prior to that date did not show that problem. Attached is a listing of all passes delivered from these sites with information on range- and time bias as well as the rms-value of the passes. Though there are no more data since end of August it would be a nice to find the source of that problem before you deliver the next data to the data centers. Can you please check your hard- and software.
