This is not allowed for normal point records, see notes in chapter 1.4.2. Especially since you do not provide a 12 record, containing the information on the correction you have applied, therefore this correction can not be removed. Please change your procedure and do not apply this correction to your data. It would also be nice if you could resubmit the data without this correction.
