Content: | Dan, 1. I do see 7-8 milliseconds of consistent time bias. 2. What was the cable rerouting done? 3. Can you tell me what was the configuration before and what we have now? 4. Do you see the time bias in your tracking by any chance? 5. Did you bump any time bias during this process? There was re-routing of frequency output cables and some testing done on March 22 from 18:30UT to 22:30UT. Unfortunately we had bad weather and could not track until March 24 UT. The changes should not have effected the station time. We will look into this today. aloha, Dan...
