The GSFC people have agreed to regularly produce predicts for GFO-1 & their tivs will always include the latest available Navy radar & SLR data. They will also be up to date with any maneuvers. The GSFC predicts for Meteor 3M & GFO-1 will most likely continue to be issued on a bi-weekly basis and along with the time bias functions that Philip is now supplying for both of these products, should lead to a much improved success rate for SLR on these two satellites. So far we have found the GSFC predicts to be of a very good quality & would encourage all stations to routinely use them for both GFO-1 & Meteor3M. For users of the Real-time status exchange, we have changed our tiv provider code for GSFC from SGP to GOD to match the code in the tbf´s. Regards, Randall.
