(Old domain is also valid for a while.) For example, My E-mail address is kuni@nict.go.jp, and and, QL service is available via: http://www.nict.go.jp/ka/control/slr/bias Other sites, such as CRL-SLR (OLd Keystone) web-site and ILRS mirror site is under-construction and under adaption to new security standards, and we will notify when available.
