JOINT ASSEMBLY OF THE IAG, IAPSO and IABO, August 22-26, 2005, Cairns, Australia
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Monitoring and Understanding a Dynamic Planet with

Geodetic and Oceanographic Tools

The 2005 IAG/IAPSO/IABO Joint Assembly will offer a scientific program encompassing
the most recent advances in geodesy, oceanography and marine biology. The dynamic
nature of our planet naturally creates interactions of life within the oceans, the
oceans themselves and the continents and many of the symposium sessions cover
inter-disciplinary themes. The Joint Assembly will comprise sessions unique to
each of the three organising bodies, as well as joint sessions on areas of
overlapping interest.

Abstract submissions will be accepted online until 6 May, 20005. Further
information is available at the conference website: http://www.dynamicplanet2005.com

Registration details can be found at http://www.dynamicplanet2005.com/Registration.htm
