In view of the importance of the location of the GNSS satellite antenna phase center in the context of the global scale, two new data blocks were added to the SINEX format: the SATELLITE/ID block and the SATELLITE/PHASE_CENTER block. Moreover, the satellite antenna phase center offsets were added to the list of allowed estimated parameter types (SATA_Z, SATA_X, SATA_Y). The new SINEX version 2.01 can be found at: http://tau.fesg.tu-muenchen.de/~iers/web/sinex/format.php At the same time, the SVN and the COSPAR ID were added to the ANTEX format as optional entries, in order to achieve best possible interaction between SINEX and ANTEX. The new ANTEX version 1.3 including an improved definition of the different antenna corrections and additional comments can be found at: ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/antex13.txt Last but not least, also the file rcvr_ant.tab located at ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/ had to be updated. Due to an ”advanced antenna panel” onboard the latest Block IIR satellites (original press release: http://www.lockheedmartin.com /wms/findPage.do?dsp=fec&ci=13876&rsbci=0&fti=112&ti=0&sc=400), the satellite antenna name ”BLOCK IIR” was replaced by ”BLOCK IIR-A” and ”BLOCK IIR-B” resp., in order to distinguish between the two different antenna types. Many thanks to all those who helped in the design and definition of the new formats.
