The format´s fields, their placement and meaning have not changed. The documentation has been changed to clarify several topics, and remove obsolete comments. The sample software corrects the handling of rarely-used format options, fixes problems in non-critical programs, and adds new code written in c and c++. More information on sample code updates can be found in change logs bundled with the software. These files can be found at http://ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/products_formats_procedures/predictions/index.html . Regards, Randall L.
