Dear Colleagues of Data, Operation and Analysis Centers

I would like to start sending KSP SLR network data to CDDIS, including
stations KSP-Koganei(7328), KSP-Kashima(7335), KSP-Miura(7337) and
KSP-Tateyama(7339),from September 1 ,1998.
Initial System Change and Configuration information, and a priori coordinates
with eccentricity information including DOMES number for each stations
are attached in Table 1-3 below.
There are minor specification issues left in a system, and therefore
production volume would not be high. We do our best to provide
good quality of observations and would appreciate if you notify any
irregularities in our data as soon as they become known.

=========Table 2. Coordianates and Eccentricity information=============
A priori coordinates are derived from preliminary analysis of Lageos1 and
Lageos2 in ITRF94 and meet results those from VLBI coordinatates by about 5cm.
Eccentricity vector which run from Marker to Reference Point are derived
from extensive local survey conducted in 1996 and 1997.
