We have now completely removed IRVs from our system. In the fullness of time we hope to produce Time Bias functions for at least the altimetry satellites. CPFs are so good that TBs are not a requirement apart from the odd post-manouevre periods. A bi-product of the TBs was the dynamic priority system. This we will continue to support.
