| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2006-12-12 01:49:00 UTC Message No. 1517 ******************************************************************************** Author: Julie Horvath, NASA SLR / HTSI Subject: 7105 GODL: MOBLAS 7, Greenbelt, MD Data Bias Dear Colleagues, We regret to inform you that on December 2nd, 2006, MOBLAS 7 (7105: Greenbelt, MD) experienced an inadvertent setting change to Internal Frequency on the system´s operational Time Interval Unit. The setting was switched back to External Frequency on December 8th, 2006, but unfortunately, all data during this period is biased and unusable. Thanks to an early alert by Toshi Otsubo, we were able to minimize the duration of the event. Please be aware that all data taken from the Greenbelt, MD site from December 2nd, 2006 at 5:00Z until December 8th, 2006 at 3:00Z is biased and should not be used by the ILRS Analysis Community.
