The correct URL is: http://ilrs.gsfc.nasa.gov/stations Here you will find that individual station pages include a new tab (Satellite Data Info) for plots of multiple satellite NPT rms and number of FR points per NPT as a function of local time and range. These plots will be updated on a monthly basis.
