| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2007-06-19 23:15:00 UTC Message No. 1570 ******************************************************************************** Author: Rolf Koenig, GFZ Subject: TerraSAR-X first pass and orbit predictions The first pass of TerraSAR-X was observed by Moblas 5 Yarragadee on June 16, 21:21Z, meanwhile we got 3 more passes from them. Congratulations!!! The first 2 passes (the second pass one revolution after the first one) revealed range biases of approximately minus and plus 20 m and time biases of minus 30 and 40 ms of the orbit predic- tions valid at that time. At the time being (June 19, 15:30Z) the spacecraft is now slowly shifting to its nominal orbit after todays manouevre. We expect a calm period, i.e. no manoeuvres, until Monday morning.
