| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2007-07-31 09:11:00 UTC Message No. 1580 ******************************************************************************** Author: Francis Pierron Subject: Urgent - Accomodations for Fall 2007 Ilrs Workshop in Grasse - Third Dear colleagues As announced in previous circular (slrmail N° 1573, june 26th 2007), the next Fall ILRS Workshop will be held on Tuesday 25th – Friday 28th September 2007 and I recall you the following deadlines for accommodations : -As indicated on the web site http://www.obs-azur.fr/gemini/ecoles_colloq/colloques/ilrs2007/, we negotiated prices and arrangements with two hotels very convenient and close to the center where the workshop will be held (10 mn walking time maximum). This period of end September in Grasse is still touristic and we really urge participants to book now especially for first hotel below with a deadline for reservation tomorrow : -Hotel des Parfums (3 stars with swimming pool , 57/60 Euros/night) : deadline July 31st 2007 (30% for booking and d-5 for final settlement - no refund after d-5, d: expected arrival date) -Hotel Panorama (2 stars, 54/60 Euros/night ): deadline August 31st 2007 (no payment in advance for booking) The reservation for these hotels have to be done directly to the Hotel in using procedures and forms of our Web Site.
