Subject: Fall 2007 Ilrs Workshop in Grasse - Fifth circular..

Dear Colleagues

We hope everyone enjoyed their time in Grasse last week and I can say
with the Local Organizing Committee that it was a real pleasure to
welcome all of you for this pleasant and fruitful Workshop.

1. In order to include quickly photos in the Workshop Website and later
to join with CD proceedings, thanks to delegates having nice photos to
send them me preferably by the following procedure :

Downloading directly in an Oca machine via Ftp :
Machine name : ocar03.obs-azur.fr ( IP N=B0 : 192.134.15.3)
Login : ocaroque
password : FTP_Roquevignon
(Login and password are case sensitive)
Go in directory : 1.Workshop_Grasse_Photos
Create a directory with your name and download in binary mode
your photos in it.

Any other type of exchange means for photos (or files with Zipped
photos) can be too acceptable if easy ( in sending me by Email a link
for free download per example...)

2. Concerning the interesting talks presented along the sessions, I
propose to make them available on the Website in .pdf format very
quickly, thanks to each of you to send me eventual update or corrections
to these presentations.

3. Concerning the Proceedings,we´ll edit them in a CD and hopefully in a
book, thanks to all chairs in collecting final papers of their session
by the end of November and to transmit us for compiling and edition..

Kind Regards

Francis, Florent and Monique

NB : Just a precision about the two small jars of glass included in the
dedicated Workshop bag distributed at registration, they content a very
nice specialty of Grasse : Rose petal jam and Jasmin Flower jam for the
other..It was too included a tiny perfume bottle manufactured in Grasse
to Fragonard..
