Subject: ETS 2008 - session ETS-5

Dear colleagues!

We want to draw your attention to session ETS-5 on the ETS 2008 in
Jena (Germany), September 1-5, 2008. The symposium is sponsored by
the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), the Commision 3
(Geodynamics) and the sub-commissions on Earth Tides (3.1),=20
Crustal Deformation (3.2), Geophysical Fluids (3.3) and the Global
Geodynamics Project (GGP). The deadline for abstract submission is
already in a few days on May 2nd, 2008. Please find all information
on the symposium at http://www.ets2008.de We want to ask you to
spread this information also to other colleagues that might be
interested in the symposium. Thank you very much!

The session description of ETS-5 is as follows:

ETS-5 Space Geodetic Techniques / GGOS
Conveners: R. Haas, H. Schuh, J. M=FCller
All tidal corrections applied to space geodetic techniques: tidal
effects on space missions; satellite laser ranging (SLR), lunar laser
ranging (LLR), very long baseline interferometry (VLBI); satellite
gravimetry; global navigation satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS,
Galileo); satellite altimetry and gravity field missions CHAMP,
GRACE, GOCE, others), and the Global Geodetic Observing System.

We are looking forward to receive many abstract submissions and hope
to see you in September in Jena!
