Dear Colleagues -

As part of the 16th International Workshop on Laser Ranging that will =20=

be held in Poznan, Poland during 13-17 October 2008 there will be a =20
session on ”Scientific Achievements, Applications, and Future =20
Requirements=94.

On behalf of the Program Committee I would like to draw your =20
attention to this session and ecourage you to participate in it. We =20
are developing a rich session that will comprehensively review the =20
significant science contributions of the three major technical =20
elements of interest to the laser ranging community =96 Satellite Laser =20=

Ranging, Satellite Laser Altimetry, and Lunar Laser Ranging. We hope =20
that you will be able to join us in Poznan for this exciting =20
workshop. More information about the workshop can be obtained from =20

Please note that the deadline for submitting abstracts is 10 =20
September 2008.
