The IERS Conventions Center informs of the following updates: Minor corrections have been brought to three chapters of the IERS Conventions on 23 July 2010: Chapter 3 ”Conventional dynamical realization of the ICRS” see http://tai.bipm.org/iers/convupdt/convupdt_c3.html.=20 Information added on the time argument of the JPL ephemerides. Chapter 5 ”Transformation between the International Terrestrial = Reference System and Geocentric Celestial Reference System” see http://tai.bipm.org/iers/convupdt/convupdt_c5.html.
