| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 2010-09-14 09:04:00 UTC Message No. 1908 ******************************************************************************** Author: Christian Schwatke Subject: Transition to new EDC server environment Starting September 14 2010, 08:00 UTC the EDC will switch to a new server configuration including new software to handle all data Please use in future the FTP-URL only, not the IP-address, which will change! The URL is: ftp://edc.dgfi.badw.de for uploading and downloading of SLR data, predictions and products from EDC. The new structure of the incoming directories will not change. The pub-directory for downloading has a new structure as follows: /pub/slr /cpf_predicts /data /frd /frd_crd /npt /npt_crd /npt_from_crd /quar_crd /test_crd /products /summaries The functionality of EDC will be kept, email exploders, SLRMAIL, SLREPORT and URGENT mail are available as until now. The only exception is that all incoming data will be checked automatically and those containing errors or not fulfilling formal requirements will be rejected and the station will be informed to correct the data and resubmit them.
