Subject: Tracking TerrasarX and TandemX

At Herstmonceux we have developed a method of interleaving observations of =
TerrasarX and TandemX.

The close proximity of the two satellites enables us to treat them as a sin=
gle satellite and skip between
them every 15 seconds with zero loss of tracking.

More details can be found at http://sgf.rgo.ac.uk/news/tandem.html
