Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that the election of members for the next ILRS
Governing Board has been completed. The members for the next term of
the board are:

Director of the Central Bureau Mike Pearlman (appointed)
Secretary of the Central Bureau Carey Noll (appointed)
President of IAG Commission 1 Tonie van Dam (appointed)
IERS Representative Bob Schutz (appointed)
EUROLAS Network Representatives Pippo Bianco, Georg Kirchner
NASA Network Representatives Dave McCormick, Jan McGarry
WPLTN Representatives Toshi Otsubo, Wu Bin
Data Center Representative Horst Mueller
LLR Representative Juergen Mueller
Analysis Representatives Erricos Pavlis, Cinzia Luceri
At-Large Representatives Ulli Schreiber, Matt Wilkinson

At the ILRS Governing Board meeting held last week during the
18th International Workshop on Laser Ranging in Fujiyoshida
Japan, Pippo Bianco was elected chair of the new board.

With the new board, chairs and co-chairs of the ILRS working groups
were chosen/confirmed. These positions are as follows:

Analysis: Erricos Pavlis (chair), Cinzia Luceri (co-chair)
Data Formats and Procedures: Horst Mueller (chair), Randy Ricklefs (co-chair)
Missions: Toshi Otsubo (chair), Scott Wetzel (co-chair)
Networks and Engineering: Georg Kirchner (chair), Matt Wilkinson (co-chair)
Transponders: Ulli Schreiber (char), John Degnan, Jan McGarry (co-chairs)

Congratulations to the chair and newly-elected representatives.
Thank you to all of the excellent candidates who participated in the
election process.
