| Content: | Author: Carey Noll/ILRS Since the start of the ILRS, the service has been fortunate to have Dr. Bob Schutz serve as the representative of the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS) on the ILRS Governing Board. The ILRS is sad to have lost Bob and will greatly miss his contributions to the Board and the Service in general. I am pleased, however, to announce that the IERS has appointed Dr. Daniela Thaller, Bundesamt für Kartographie und Geodäsie (BKG), as its representative to the ILRS Governing Board.
