| Content: | Author: Mike Pearlman, Carey Noll/ILRS CB The ILRS has recently revised Periodically the IAG expects each of the Services to review and update its Terms of Reference (ToR) to reflect de facto changes in its organization and mission, or to include changes that the Service would like to implement. Over the past few months, the ILRS had revised its Terms of Reference. Most of the changes are in clarifying wording and our processes that are already in place. A few new ideas have been included, in particular, the addition of two new At-Large members for the GB. We also added some things that we inadvertently left out in the original ToR. Summary of the changes: - Two new At-Large members on the GB - Working Groups become Standing Committees - Added the Transponder and Precision Timing Standing Committee - Categorizing stations as Operational or Associate - New schedule for issuing data products - Bi-annual report for summarizing status - Past ILRS GB Chairs are invited to all GB meetings as non-voting members - Chair and co-chair of the Analysis Standing Committee are traditionally the two Analysis and Associate Analysis Center Representatives to the GB - Additional ILRS Correspondents The IAG has accepted our updated ToR.
