Content:		After we reported on SLR-Mail No.2498 the first SNET-4 Riga pass at 2018-04-12 21:57:55. On 2018-04-13 23:37:48 UTC we got a second SNET-4 pass from Riga. 12 returns in 71 seconds with 8 NPs using the CPF 6031 (snet4_cpf_180413_6031.dlr) we got a timebias of: -86.6 ms The signal amplitude is similar to Technosat passes. >From 15 to 19 April, we expect in Riga very cloudy weather with rain. We hope that other SLR stations will join Yarragadee and Us on tracking SNET-4! Have a nice weekend!
