| Content: | ******************************************************************************** SLR Electronic Mail 1996-09-19 21:00:00 UTC Message No. 25 ******************************************************************************** Author: CDDIS/Carey Noll Subject: CDDIS Disk Drive Problems Unfortunately, since yesterday`s preventative maintenance on CDDIS, the disk drive which stores all GPS products has been experiencing problems. This drive is in the same disk cabinet as our SLR data disk. It appears a new drive will be required; hopefully this will be done in the next day or two. At installation time, all drives in the cabinet will have to be shut down, therefore affectng SLR data users. We hope this downtime will be short! Of course, we regret the difficulties this problem is causing the user community and ask for your patience while they are fixed!
