The Governing Board and the Central Bureau of the International
Laser Ranging Service would like to express our sincere thanks
to you for your continued participation in service activities
during a very challenging year.

We find ourselves at the end of a confusing, butbusy, and
rather successful, year for the ILRS. We were able to support
our science despite a global pandemic. Weapproved and supported
several newmissions and continued our excellent SLR tracking
of a largeroster of geodetic, Earth sensing, positioning, and
engineeringsatellites. Significant progress has been made in
the analysisand modeling areas, with the analysis centers making
great progress in their submission to ITRF2020. We continued to
work on research into understanding system biases and other issues
in our data. Our ILRS community came togetherin November for a
very successful virtual workshop touring five of our SLR stations.

Our success is due to the hard work and dedication of our
members. We thank you all for your continued support of the
ILRS and its mission. We look forward to continued cooperation
and success in 2021!

We extend our best wishes to you and your families during this
holiday season and for a healthy, successful, and Happy New
Year.

Best,
Toshi, Mike, and Carey.
