Content:Dear Member of ILRS,
I would like to announce you that today, March 24, 2022, a new group has
been established:

Union of Concerned Members (UCM)

an unofficial union of the ILRS members that will be discussing on the
issues related to:
- the wartime crisis,
- transparency of ILRS decision-making processes,
- Intellectual Property Rights within ILRS.

What do we want?
- We want to protect freedom of information and unobstructed flow of
information within ILRS.
- We want to make sure that the volunteers who govern ILRS provide their
service with full respect to the ethical standards.

What do we do?
- We will be identifying issues of concern and discussing forms of action
whenever needed.
- We will establish connections with the media outlets to ensure that our
voice is heard.

What are the rules?
- To join UCM you should be an ILRS member, but you join as a private
person and accept an unfiltered environment.
- General forum rules apply, your voice expresses your own, personal
opinion.
